Chaos Warrior: Daethskar

I received the Chaos Warrior Daethskar shipped as a gift from a really nice guy from the Oldhammer trading facebook group (Thanks again for your generosity Michael C. 😏). Then I painted it and included in my "Warhammer third edition" warband. I've finally painted all the miniatures clearly recognizable from the cover and back of the 1987 Warhammer third edition book.
I will add two more miniatures in this warband, another goblin fanatic and a jabberwock, just to complete the army list I'm planning to play with the Advanced Song of Blades & Heroes.

Chaos Fighter

I painted a pre slotta C01 Chaos Fighter ispired by the paint scheme of the same fighter from the undead diorama as seen on page 180-181 of the 3rd edition rulebook by John Blanche. Mid 80s.

Chaos Warrior of Slaanesh

Another Chaos Warrior join the slaanesh warband.

Warrior Maiden

A pre slotta warrior maiden join the renegade amazons of Lustria.

Chaos Marauder of Slaanesh

Another Chaos Warrior or Marauder(?) join the Slaanesh Warband.

here the champion with his first followers:

Chaos Warrior of Slaanesh

Here the sidekick of my slaanesh champion.

Slaanesh Champion

Here a Slaanesh Champion I painted today. At first it should be only a member of another slaanesh warband I yet painted, but I think he will be nicer as the leader of a new slaanesh warband of about six models.

Renegade Chaos Champion

Another follower for my Radical Horusian Inquisitor. I painted him with the paint scheme of the Dark Warlord Anubis (Ronin Warriors cartoon). Not sure what name use for him, in italy it was know as "Demon", but it seem trivial. For the Background: he was a chaos undivided champion in the warhammer world that betrayed the chaos powers and joined the radical inquisitor in his quest.

Realm of Chaos - Khorne Warband

Here my last Realm of Chaos Warband I painted some months ago: a Khorne Warband.

The Khorne Champion. The tail missed the demon head so I included a blade

The Khorne Champion and his retinue of Beastmen.

 The orc followers

The Chaos Warrior

The warband, 8 models as the sacred number of Khorne.

Realm of Chaos - Slaanesh Warband

Here my Realm of Chaos Slaanesh warband I painted some moths ago.

The champion and her retinue are renegades from the Amazons of Lustria, later in the warband will join other followers (probably dark elves and chaos thugs.

The warband (Champion, Sorceress and Chaos Thugs) 6 models as the sacred number of slaanesh

Realm of Chaos - Chaos Undivided Warband

Here the Realm of Chaos Undivided Warband I painted some months ago.
All the miniatures are painted with an old school paint scheme.

Chaos Undivided Champion
Human Hero 10

	M	WS	BS	S	T	W	I	A	Ld	Int	Cl	WP	PV
Chaos Champion	4	5	4	4	5	2	4	3	9	7	7	7	60

Equipment 7 points: x2 Axes (2) Heavy Armor (3), bow with arrows (2)
Initial Attributes: Frenzy, Resilient
Initial followers: 4 Human brigands

The Champion with his retinue of Chaos Thugs

The champion's left leg had a defect so I cut it and included a simple old plastic genestealer leg. Maybe a chaos attribute.

When the warband will gain experience I will include these new followers:

Chaos Dwarves

Chaos Sorcerer

Chaos Warrior

Chaos Ogre

The warband

Chaos Marauders & Warriors

Here more miniatures, the Chaos Marauders and Chaos Warriors (painted in 2009-10) for my mordheim bestiary:

Chaos Champion of Malal. Somebody remember the old fifth chaos god from old warhammer? ;)

A Kurgan Shamaness

Hung Marauder

Tzeentch Champion

Slaanesh Champion

 Nurgle Champion and Marauder

Norse Marauders

Kurgan Marauders (Khorne & Slaanesh)

Realm of Chaos - Nurgle Warband

Here the last three zombies for my Realm of Chaos Nurgle Warband. Sure, I will add more followers, but for now the warband is complete. Sacred number of Nurgle: 7

The whole warband:

Champion of Nurgle and Night Horrors

Not only topics about some of my older painted miniatures. Here some miniatures I painted this week. The first four miniatures of seven, for my small realm of chaos nurgle warband: a Nurgle Champion and three night horrors (that I will use as skeletons). I will use this warband in a Solo Game Realm of Chaos narrative campaign I'm planning:

The Nurgle Champion

His retinue of undead
