Battle Report: Key of Graciale

Two months ago I played the ninth and last scenario of my rogue trader (Pulp Alley rules) campaign.

Background:

The time was finally arrived.
After many adversities the tomb of graciale was unveiled.
However the Ruins of the Morr temple were not empty.
A sacrilegious ritual was taking place.
A strange woman was trying to summon the evil soul of the necromancer Graciale.
She was surrounded by several undead, her unholy minions...
The Inquisitor said:
Arago: "The blessed Emperor has a last challange for his loyal servants...
We will not disappoint him! The sacrilegious ritual will be stopped and all those pitiful heretics will be purified with fire and steel!
Then the Key of Graciale will be finally ours, and its power will help to restore our Emperor-God!"

There is only the major plot point: the tomb of Graciale
The players must stop the ritual of Vampirealla, before she could resuscitate Graciale as a Liche.
She must win three challenge (one of each turn). If Vampirella is KO, then the players could try to win the major plot point.

1 TURN

The inquisitor and hir followers move toward the temple.
On the bridge, the Inquisitor is charged by a ghoul.
Arago: "How you dare to stop my path?

The Jokerz and their allies make their move too.
Harleen is charged by the skeletons, she is KO, and two skeletons are gone too.
Harleen: "This is bad, I'm yet out of the game..." 😭
The Ghoul King charge Bane.
Bane: "I defeated beasts bigger than you!" 😠
Harley Quinn is charged by the zombies, two of them are gone.
Harley Quinn: "These zombies are so disgusting!" 😛

2 TURN

Special Rules:  At the beginning of the 2 TURN the bot leagues of the "Cabal of Sozer" & "Void Watchers" enter in play.
The leagues enter in a random border of the board.
The bot leagues will play after the other leagues, without fortune cards. Their goal is to attack the nearest characters or stop the character with major plot point.

The Eldars join the final battle.
Eldar Captain: "The Key of Graciale is too dangerous, it must be sealed!"

The Thousand Sons join the final battle too.
Sozer: "Tzeentch be praised! We finally found the Key of Graciale, now it will be mine, only MINE!"

the followers of the inquisitor move to climb the rock, the SM with lascannon fail the periluous area and he is down and KO in the recovery check.
The SM with missile launcher shoot to a ghoul, but he is safe.
SM Sergeant: "Move faster brothers! We have a mission to accomplish!"
The Inquisitor receive some shots from the thousand sons and he fight with the ghoul. He is injured but the ghoul is down.
Sozer: "Open fire to the Inquisitor, he is trapped on the bridge with a ghoul, there he will meet his doom!"

A good shoot from the eldar with the lascannon and Dee Dee, Cybergal, Starlord and Vulture are down.
Fonzie is down too after a shoot from another eldar. Fonzie and Cybergal will not recover.
Weirdman and Shorty are near Vampirealla now.
Vampirella continue her ritual, winning a challenge, now she need two more winning challenges for summoning the liche.
Vampirella: "You, pitiful mortals, will not stop my ritual, Graciale will arise again and he will help me to rule this lands!"
The ghoul king and Bane continue their brawl, nobody seem to surrender.
Bane: "Monster... Your resistance is admirable!"
Dee Dee & Harley Quinn are KO, defeated by the eldars.
The eldar with submachine gun is KO too.
Harley Quinn: "What a disappointing end!" 😞
 The Joker and Jolly run inside the ruined temple.
Joker: "Hi, busty lady of night! Sorry for the intrusion, but we have a key to steal..." 😁

3 TURN

One of the SM fail to climb and is KO.  Rajura is hit from the spell of the with thrall and is KO too.
Mona: "The Dark Eldar is gone! Now he will not annoy us with his mischievous weapon!" 😃

The inquisitor is down, after the combined shoot from the Witch Trall and fight with the ghoul.
Arago: "You could hit me hard, if you can... but I will not surrender! Not now that I'm so near to accomplish my sacred duty!"
The Sheriff and Kratos defeat the tzeentch renegade and the last TS marines, Rathos is down but will recover.
Natalia: "The Inquisitor is in trouble! We must keept busy these tzeentch followers!"
Kratos: "I agree. Return to the eye of terror, traitors!"

The fight in the ruined temple is hard.
Vampirella is defeated, she is KO, then the ritual is stopped.
Vampirella: "Argh! How you dared to interrupt me?! My minions will avenge me!"
A SM is down but will recover, Kayura is not so lucky and she is KO after a fight with the ghoul.
Kayura: "I'm gone! But you must continue your mission without me!"
SM Sergeant: "We will not disappoint you!"
The ghoul is down but will recover. Dee Dee, Weirdman and Starlord are down. Shorty and Vulture are KO.
Dee Dee: "Ouch! These guys are beating us!" 😢

The Ghoul King and Bane continue their epic fight.
Bane: "I'm losing my patience with you, monster!"

The Eldar Captain charge the Joker.
Eldar Captain: "You will not go anywhere, renegade!"
Joker: "Why are you so serious?" 😊

4 TURN

Kratos charge the Tzeentch Sorcerer.
Sozer: "Your stoic loyalty to the inquisitor is disturbing!"
Krana and a SM open fire to the Witch Thralls, both are down and one will be KO.
The Sheriff defeat the Tzeentch Renegade, he is down but will recover.
The Inquisitor is down again but will recover.
Arago: "The fate is against me! This creature is incredibly die hard!"

The Jolly move and win the challenge for the major plot point.
Jolly: "The Key of Graciale is in my hands!"
After an hard shooting, the eldar with lascannon is KO.
Daimon, Dee Dee and the ghoul are down, but will recover.
The Ghoul King finally prevail and Bane is KO.
Bane: "You defeated me! You were really a worthy opponent!"
Ghoul King: "Me Stronger!"
the eldars are all down, one will be KO too.


The eldar captain and Joker continue their melee
Joker: "My companions are having a bad day, but seem that the key of graciale will be mine, then this will be a good day for me" 😁
Eldar Captain: "Victory is not yet yours, and this will be a bad day for you too..."

5 TURN

The fight in the ruined temple is at its epilogue.
Weirdman, Dee Dee, and eldar and starlord are down. Weirdman and the eldar will not recover.
The Ghoul king is defeated by Daimon.
Daimon: "Ghouls! I didn't know I would have to deal with these unholy creatures again..." 😨
The Jolly is KO. The Sergeant shot him and move toward the major plot point.
SM Sergeant: "Our victory is imminent!"
The eldar captain and Joker continue their epic melee.
Eldar Captain: "Your little minion has failed... then you have lost your booty!"
Joker: "The day is not yet ended, my friend" 😀

The Inquisitor and the ghoul are down, both will recover in the next turn.
Arago: "I have lost most of my precious time fighting this beast and resisting the spells of the heretics, but my followers are winning the day!"
The sheriff and the Tzeentch Renegade are down, the familiar fail to climb the rock and he is KO.
The Sorcerer and Kratos continue their fight.
Sozer: "The Key of Graciale is so near, but I'm imprisoned in an futile duel with this fool space marine!"

6 TURN

The Tzeentch Renegade and Witch Thrall are down shot by the sheriff and Krana.
Natalia: "Well, these guys were the last minions of that evil sorcerer... our job is done!"
The sorcerer is still busy in the melee with Kratos.
Sozer: "Cursed Space Marine! I lost my precious time fighting with you! I will have my revenge!"
Kratos: "I will wait you, traitor..."

Starlord is defeated by the ghoul.
Joker lost is fight with the eldar captain.
Joker: "I lost the game! This is not funny!" 😖
Daimon defeat again the Ghoul King while a SM shoot to Dee Dee, she is down.
Daimon: "Almost all our enemies are defeated! It was an epic battle!"
the SM sergeant move and try to win the major plot point, but he fail!
Then the Eldar captain charge him.
Eldar Captain: "You've lost your chance... the Key of Graciale will not fall in dangerous hands... my mission is completed!"
SM Sergeant: "May the Emperor forgive me... I failed to serve his will!"

The Inquisitor finally defeat the ghoul.
Arago: "At last the way is free... but we lost the Key of Graciale...
This is a huge failure, but we will not give up! Our sacred quest is not yet finished... We will prevail! Long Live the Emperor!"
