TRANSFORMERS G1: Bronto (Sludge)

I painted the second Dinobot: Bronto (Sludge).
I remember when I was a kid, and asked to Christkind (in the piedmont region, it was the traditional christmas gift-bringer) to bring me the Transformers toy: Tiran (Grimlock). However the real gift-bringers (my parents) did not found the Grimlock toy then take the Transformer toy Bronto (Sludge). They said to me that probably Christkind didn't find it ;) I was disappointed, and never had the change to have the Grimlock toy, until I bought it some years ago in and old toy market (loose, with all its accessories, for about 40 euro!).

[Pulp Alley Battle Report] Mobile Suit Gundam 0079: Destroy Gundam!

Today I played my second scenario of my campaign of SOLO Pulp Alley with my 1/400 scale pre-painted "Gundam Collection" miniatures. I was the "Earth Federation" player while I used the "Zeon" as bots.

Background:
"White Base prepares for battle. Char comes out in his special red-colored MS-06S Zaku II Commander Type and fights Gundam. Char gets the upper hand for a moment, but Ryu manages to distract him with the FF-X7 Core Fighter"

Overview of the board and deployment of the leagues, the major plot point is the defeat of the leader of the league, while the minor plot points are the defeats of the Zaku and Core Fighter.


Char and Slender move toward the Gundam.
Char: "I really want to see how powerful is a federation mobile suit!"
Char and Slender fire to the Gundam but nothing happens.
Char: "Do I got it?! But...! How is it possible? I had hit him in full!"
Amuro: "It is fast!!"

Ryu fire to Char, annoying him.
Char: "Ehy! A small fighter!"

The gundam is damaged and Amuro try to repair it behind an asteroid.
  
The gundam hit Slender and destroy him.
Char "Ah! Slender! It destroyed a Zaku with a single hit!"
Ryu attack Char but he is defeated and must flee.
Char: "You, little mosquito, You annoyed me!"

After an hard brawl, Char is in awe at the mobile suit's power. A defeated Char retreats back to his Musai.
Char: "The power of that mobile suit is too much higher than mine, for the moment it will be better if I withdraw..."
Amuro: "What are you doing? Are you running away?"

After the Sixth turn both the leagues have a minor plot point and then it is a draw.

[Pulp Alley Battle Report] Mobile Suit Gundam 0079: Gundam Rising

Yesterday I played a SOLO Pulp Alley game with my 1/400 scale pre-painted "Gundam Collection" miniatures. This should be the first scenario of a campaign that will try to follow the battles from the gundam cartoon.
It was a really fast skirmish, I played for less than an hour πŸ˜‰
I was the "Gundam" player while I used the "Zeon" as bots.

Background:
"It is the year Universal Century 0079. Mankind has moved much of its population into gigantic space colonies. Nine months ago, the group of colonies furthest from the Earth, Side 3, declared itself the Principality of Zeon and declared war on the Earth Federation. Initial fighting lasted a month with both sides losing half their respective populations. Eight months have passed since the rebellion began and both sides are at a stalemate. Three Zeon pilots, Slender, Gene, and Denim, enter Side 7 in their MS-06F Zaku II mobile suits. Their plan is to spy on the colony. Gene and Denim watch as the Federation prepares a few mobile suits to be transported. Gene breaks away, ignoring Denim's orders and fires on the suits, trying to destroy them."

Overview of the board and deployment of the leagues, the major plot point is the gundam (Side 7 league), while the minor plot points are the helpless guntank and guncannon:



Gene destroy the Guncannon. (gaining a minor plot point). Amuro jumps in Gundam's cockpit and finally gets Gundam on its feet.
Amuro: "Get up, get up...It got up!"
Gene: "Sergeant Denim, the enemy mobile suit is moving!"
Denim "Damn! I didn't thought they were already operational! Retreat, Gene! We don't know its features!"


Gene fire to the Gundam, but nothing happens. Then the Gundam charge Gene.
Gene: "What kind of mobile suit is it? My bullets didn't scratch it!"
Denim: "Gene! Retreat!
After an harsh brawl, Gene is down but will recover in the next turn.
Denim:  "Gene! He threw away a zaku as was nothing! What kind of...?!"
Amuro: "Really not bad!"
Gene: "Sergeant..."


Gene and Denim are defeated by the Gundam.
Amuro: "You won't escape me!"
Gene: "AAAAAH!"
Denim: "How did you dare...?!"

Amuro activates Gundam's Beam Saber and slices through the retreating Gene's Zaku, hitting it's engine. The destruction of the Zaku's engine results in a explosion. Amuro targets Denim's cockpit, killing him and making his Zaku useless.

At the end of the sixth turn, the Side 7 league gain a major plot poit (himself) and two minor plot points (the defeated leader and sidekick), winning the game.

[Pulp Alley Battle Report] Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Lost Nuclear Warheads

Tonight I played a SOLO Pulp Alley game with my 1/400 scale pre-painted "Gundam Collection" miniatures.
It was a fast skirmish, I played for about an hour πŸ˜‰
I was the "Cima Fleet" player while I used the "South Burning's team" as bots.

Background:
"Universal Century 0083: Cima Garahau from the Zeon Remnants is trying to recover some nuclear warheads from the debris of a Federation ship. The South Burning's team is dispatched to stop her."

The rookie GM pilot is quickly defeated by the Zeon.

South Burning move to recover a minor plot point, a cell of a Minovski fusion reactor.

The pilot of the Gelgoog recover a cell of a Minovski fusion reactor.

Cima and the Gelgoog Marine are defeated after an harsh fight with the federation.


South Burning finally recover the minor plot point.

Kou Uraki recover the Nuclear Warheads, but the Gelgoog left alone continues tenaciously the fight.


South Burning is defeated, the Gelgoog is engaged by Kou Uraki but survive the hard brawl.

At the end of the sixth round, the federation claim the major plot point, while the zeon gain a minor plot point. The federation won.

[Pulp Alley Battle Report] Quest for Energon Cubes

Yesterday I played a SOLO Pulp Alley game with my Transformers miniatures.
I was the Distructor (Decepticons) player while I used the Autorobot (Autobots) as bots.

Background:
"The Distructors (Decepticons) have attacked a human town and have drained its energy and collected it in energon cubes. The Auborobots (Autobots) have come to defeat them, recover the energon cubes and return the stolen energy to its rightful owners "

Memor and his minions move toward the first energon cube (minor plot point) and easily take it, however he did not receive a reward, because the minor plot is a fake.
Memor: "Energon cube recovered... Error... The Energon Cube is empty, mission failed." πŸ˜‘

Falco try to recover an energon cube, but a booby trap left from the Distructors stop him.
Falco: "Cursed Distructors! Their cowardice knows no boundaries!" 😣

Commander and Saetta recover an energon cube.
Commander: "Well done Saetta, now we must recover all the energon cubes and return its energy to their rightful owners."

Astrum and Gufo fly near the energon cubes, but they are attacked from the Autorobots and are down with Pantera. Gufo is deafeted while Astrum and Pantera will recover in the next turn.
Astrum: "Yaaargh! How you dare to hit the great Astrum?! You will pay for this Autorobots!" 😑


 The Distructor and Autorobots begin an hard shooting. Astrum is hit and defeated.

Astrum: "Megatroooooon! I'm seriously DAMAGED! Pleaaase HELP ME!" 😭
Megatron: "Astrum! You patethic spineless, you disappointed me once again!" 😠

Corvo hit Pantera, he is down but will recover in the next turn.
Corvo: "Ah! I hit you, Autorobot! No Autorobots are a real challenge for Corvo!" 😈

Vampiro try to recover an energon cube, but fail.
Vampiro: "Damned Trees! I HATE this GREEN Planet!" πŸ˜–

Finally Falco recover the energon cube.
Falco: "No Distructor booby trap could hope to stop Falco!" πŸ˜‰

Corvo is defeated by Pantera.
Pantera: "I' returned the favor, Corvo!" 😜

During an harsh fight, Tartar, Iena, Canguro and Tigre are defeated! Commander recover the energon cubes. Cammello rush Scarlet but could not defeat him.
Commander: "Give up Megatron! Return the energy you stole from the earthlings!" 😠
Megatron: "Give up?! Me?! Megatron never gives up!" 😑

Scarlet is defeated by Cammello.
Cammello: "I like to beat the Distructors!" 😁

Vampiro is hit by Falco but will recover in the next turn.
Falco: "Return to Cybetron Vampiro! Your microcircuits are too fragile for the earth!" 😏
Vampiro: "Cursed Autorobot! You will pay for your arrogance!" 😑

Saetta recover an energon cube.
Saetta: "Another energon cube is recovered!" πŸ˜ƒ

After an harsh fight, Vampiro, Grillo, Maggiolino and Cammello are defeated. Megatron and Memor are down but will recover in the next turn.
Commander: "You are defeated, Megatron!" 😠
Megatron: "You fool! Megatron could NOT be defeated!" 😣


Pantera recover another energon cube.

Megatron is finally defeated by Commander.
Memor: "Megatron is down. Distructors, retreat." πŸ˜‘
Commander: "You lost, Megatron..." 😟
Megatron: "Enjoy your little victory, Commander! Because next time I will be the winner!" Distructors! Retreaaaat!" 😑

At the end of the sixth turn, the Autorobots league claim the major plot point and 3 minor plot points, then they are the winners.
