Is she from the same source/sculptor as most of the other minis?
Yes, all the gi joe miniatures (with the exception of Cobra Commander, done by East Riding miniatures) are done from the same sculptor.
I found a Cobra commander from Hasslefree. However, I have not managed to find the Joe's or the generic Cobra soldiers in particular :X
I bought the other joes from a private commission, they are not available from any manufacturer.
